Description

Day cab drivers don’t get a sleeper berth, but you still have to take your 30-minute break, wait out a long detention at the dock, or nap before heading back. Most day cab beds are made for automatic trucks. If you drive a stick, the shifter sits right where you’d want to lie down.

The Boring Trucking Day Cab Bed was designed by a working CDL driver to fix that problem. A cutout is shaped around the shifter, and the pad bridges both seats to give you a flat surface for resting. It isn’t inflatable, so you have nothing to pump up, patch, or deflate before you hit the road.

Strap it to the seats, lie down, and get some real rest. When break time is over, unbuckle it and stand it up behind the seats.
